By purchasing, accessing, or using our products or services (including custom Pet Memory Books, educational resources, and related digital or print materials), you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Service. 1. Services Provided

We create and sell custom storybooks, activity books, and digital resources based on information and images you provide. Books may be delivered in digital (PDF) or printed format via third-party print-on-demand partners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By submitting personal data or images of minors, you confirm you are legally authorized to do so.

3. Intellectual Property

  • The story prompts, templates, and book designs remain the intellectual property of WanderWild Press.
  • You retain ownership of the photos, names, and personal content you provide.
  • By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for creating your ordered products.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe, Etsy, or others).
  • Orders are considered final once confirmed. Refunds may be issued only in cases of defective product or failed delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Digital files are delivered electronically to the email you provide.
  • Physical products are printed and shipped by third-party vendors (e.g., Lulu). Delivery times vary; estimated timelines are provided at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

6. Revisions

Standard packages include [1] revision; if errors to the first version. Additional revisions may be available for a fee.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Our books are for personal, educational, and entertainment purposes. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Termination

We may suspend or refuse service if you misuse our platform (e.g., submitting unlawful, offensive, or infringing content).
